      Pros

      Was able to reach out and find a great deal of information, knowledge and help from colleagues. Excellent benefits and education opportunities.

      Cons

      Under the "new normal" circumstances the playing field has leveled out among all companies. Extras like great food, everyone having an office, recreation during lunch, and 35 hour work week no longer are special.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
