      Pros

      If you work on campus at the headquarters, the facilities and benefits are excellent SAS has a unique culture and depending upon what position you're looking for, it can take some time to get used to. It's not bad, it's just different.

      Cons

      The competition is catching up quickly. SAS has had a reputation of not playing well with other technologies and being inflexible with clients at times. They're making significant investments to change that perception.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
