      Pros

      This company has excellent benefits. The health insurance is the best health insurance I have ever had, including cheap insurance premiums for children and/or family. The on-site cafes are very convenient. There are two children's daycares on campus. Daycare is heavily subsidized and thus very inexpensive. Free snacks and soda fountains in the breakrooms. An individual office for more than 95% of employees, not cubicles. The minimum workweek is 35 hours, not 40.

      Cons

      Some report working more than 35 hours. Mediocre company growth.

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
