      Very low stress and nice coworkers, known for their great benefits and perks (although the rest of the industry has basically caught up to them)

      Cons

      It is a large company and moves at the speed of a large company, You don't make as much as you would other places but you are paying for the work life balance and low stress environment

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
