      Pros

      Good interview process .Good work culture and work -life balance. Events and activities are organised regularly. Training provided is good.

      Cons

      Does not offer many opportunities for growth in terms of promotions or onsite or developing breakthrough technologies.Products are ok, company is not very innovative. Policies are not flexible so freedom to try things is limited. Most of the people have been around for long find it comfortable but the younger people may find it less promising.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
