Pros
Leader in the analytics space. They are have good perks when you are in Cary. But similar to IT company outside of the HQ.
Cons
They are old and rusty. Not agile enough to make the company still lead the industry. Open source and cloud have been eating their shares. They are behind and clients are trying to call off their subscription as SAS is expensive to maintain.
