Pros
Work-life balance. If you don't want to work or learn anything. If you are looking for a company to retire in (with no money).
Cons
The company was once supposably "great" but it has gone downhill. There is no conviction among the management. Sindhu Gangadharan, the MD is simply a social media influencer. They spend uneccessarily on useless events like "Annual day". The mismanagement in these events is another story. They try to make the company look and feel young although its nothing like that.
