Pros

You get offered the basics, health insurance, 401K, stock purchase options. Don't plan on any tuition reimbursement because Rush doesn't see a value in education.

Cons

Rush dealerships are unprofessionally managed, with no HR on-site. The GM's are misogynistic and treat women as second-class. The management is a guys world, with over 100 dealerships, they are all managed by men except for 2-3 dealerships. General Managers act like Gods and unless you kiss up to them, you won't see any promotions just for hard work, especially if you're female. GM's are more worried about golf than how their dealerships are doing or how employees were being treated. Companies that operate this way, with the mentality that all employees are replaceable and that women cannot achieve as much, will not even come close to ever being a top employer.

Pros

The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

Cons

Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
