      Great benefits and I like the customers.

      Cons

      Very toxic, mentally draining work environment. The Management are not leaders. They will overwhelm you with work because they don't know what they are doing so they pass the work on to the "little people" and not compensate you. They will add it to your job description so they don't have to pay you more. If you don't kiss up then you don't get anywhere with this company. That is why there's such a huge turn over here.

      Pros

      The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

      Cons

      Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
