      This is a man's company. They will not promote a female into a sales position. You are to be seen and not heard from. This is not a diversity work place. Whites only.

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
