      Decent Money, Cool Customers (most the time)

      Cons

      Toxic Workplace, Horrible Management, Get use to doing other peoples jobs (they will put theyre work off on you), Very Stressful, Long Hours, Rare to get a lunch break *even though they say you are allowed one* , Nearly zero communication to places you have to go or items you need to pick up. Overworked, Rarely any good feedback on how you are doing...... You have been warned

      Pros

      Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

      Cons

      You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
