      Laid back, top notch prep materials, good management

      Cons

      They start new techs at a rate far too close to what an experienced one makes and raises are not enough. In my opinion they need to get with the times and realize us combination techs are hard to come by.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
