      Co-Workers all try hard with what little resources they are given.

      Cons

      Management has no clue and people are put into these positions simply cause of favoritism all while they cannot see the big picture and expect the employees to fix everything while they sit back and relax.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
