      Pros

      When oilfield is up, there is plenty of work.

      Cons

      when oilfield is down, they send everyone back from the oilfields, and youll see guys fight over an oil change. The manager was a real pain to work with. He was a jerk, and played favorites.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
