We have a HR Business Partner aligned with every region along with a Regional Director of Ethics and Compliance. All are available at any time to receive these types of complaints as is our Network HelpLine which is available 24/7 for reporting such matters. All complaints received are thoroughly investigated by the appropriate party and based on our findings, appropriate corrective action is always taken.
