As we grow as a Company and as our Customer base grows, we need to have standardized operational procedures in place to ensure we provide the best and consistent customer experience to all customers across our entire network of 120 plus Dealerships. This requires frequent communication about these procedures. Moreover, we gather a tremendous amount of data which we use to share actionable information to our dealerships so we can continue to provide the highest level of support in the most efficient manner.
