Now the worst part. The company executives protect themselves while forcing accountability to lower level managers and employees. There is a culture of management by shaming. Extreme pressure and ridiculous expectations where people will either fail or burnout.
Loyalty is expected rather than doing the right thing. That even includes support departments that don’t drive revenue or sales such as Human Resources, IT and even Ethics and Compliance where leadership has had numerous complaints.
Reports are endless and many times inaccurate and always confusing.
Accountability does not happen if you are loyal, drive sales, save money.
