Pros
Great coworkers. Good place to learn basics in the business and get your foot in the door. Must move onto other companies for any real compensation.
Cons
No raises for salaried parts employees. Management raise goals for you to hit each year, sometimes multiple times within the year, which only makes you struggle to reach any kind of commission bonus. Management is the worst part about this company, too much good ol boy politics go on that shouldn't. Excel spreadsheets are what governs the pay rate for employees. Salesmen punished because customers complain about programs that don't work, we're told that it's our fault for not selling them on the program when it's really the program that fails. Managers get bonuses because their employees do the hard work, and the employee is not compensated for going above and beyond.
