      management is out of touch, get to personal and forget they are leaders, retaliation, management participate in gossip and hold as truth with out any of their own investigation

      Pros

      The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

      Cons

      Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
