      Very well paying Job! Challenges are abundant- opp to win daily The team on the front line are a joy to work with!

      Cons

      Micro- managed to the point it is painfully inept Vision clouded by numbers not customers retention Customer service is overlooked for investors interests only! Management is crippled by their own insecurities making challenges more daunting! No loyalty for long-term work (severance package is deplorable) Limit your years there!

      Pros

      The company has been in business over 60 years. The company has multiple locations in the United States.

      Cons

      Lack of support and communication from different levels and different departments of management on what is expected. The lack of prioritizing or being able to reach management for direction makes things inefficient. Having many people leave in droves is indicator.
