Pros

Brand recognition, cruise perks (if you are able to use it)

Cons

Pay is way lower than market. Disorganized and chaotic environment. Siloed business units, communication is fragmented at best, very low morale and unfriendly staff, back stabbing and lying is frequent. Training is non existent; sink or swim. Blame game is the norm. Cliques run rampant. Focus is ever changing causing much confusion and conflicting action. It's a mess in a lot of areas.

Pros

The people - hardworking, honest and like family. The vision of the company - groundbreaking and innovative The benefits - cruise benefits for employees & friends and family Work from home Fridays Week off in December for the holidays Little Cruisers onsite daycare

Cons

Little to no flexibility in work hours. They preach a work life balance but then send out weekly "clock in/clock out" reports to supervisors, making a big deal if you are not logging your 8 hours in the office, but then do not take into account the afterhours that are being put in at home, sometimes on vacation and while traveling for work.
