Pros

They have a really nice facility, nice and open. Once you realize what you've gotten into, it turns out to be extremely deceptive.

Cons

They put a beautiful gloss on what essentially is a standard row of cubicles where you are not a human. You are not a living breathing person, but only a statistic generator and a revenue generator. Management is completely oblivious and do "employee engagement" things that are more appropriate for 2nd graders than grown adults. One example of these is that every day that you meet statistical goals (which is possible, but 100% based on the luck of the draw on your calls) you get a ticket. Collect enough tickets and you can exchange for silly little toys like slinkys or small snacks. If this company used child labor, this would be appropriate. Management and promotions are EXTREMELY favoritism based. You could have stellar stats and revenue generation numbers, perfect attendance, but if a single member of management doesn't care for you (even if you've never really met them) you are out of luck for any promotion. May as well not even bother trying. Yes, you get a free cruise after a year there, but to be honest, its not worth it. Would you give up one year of your life for a cruise worth (at most) a thousand dollars? Find a job you love and just buy a cruise.

Pros

Pay is competitive. You get a free cruise.

Cons

The culture here was ok, though not the best. Now with a VERY strict 9-5 policy, the entire company is feeling the grip of the execs. No exceptions for anyone who has a doctors appointment or needs to pick up a kid or adjust their hours slightly to get through life. Many employees have to work extra hours, travel across the world, and work based on other time zones due to projects spanning across the world. No matter, 9-5 or pack your things. Execs are demanding more control, they seem to forget that they placed their office all the way in the traffic zoo of the Port of Miami. No one is happy and now you can hardly get out of the port at a decent time. Would have loved to see some execs and vps fight against this but it seems they only care about protecting themselves, and Mr Liberty is having his way. I hope he enjoys this act of control as it is making his employees miserable. Expect high turn over soon or layoffs, or both. Many of the small benefits have been rolled back without any announcement (food discounts, commuter discounts) without any notice. We have lost the plot, we are selling vacations, not saving lives.
