      Pros

      They have a parking lot next to the Colts Stadium which is convenient for parking if going to a game / down town Indianapolis.

      Cons

      American employees and especially males are discriminated against. Policies that every female have a mentor, when a man tries to get one they are all taken…. So many micro aggressions against men it is truly sickening. And then the British constantly treat Americans as second class citizens. Saying things like we are just a bunch of wild cowboys.
