Pros
Some very friendly, dedicated, clever engineering people to work with. Reasonable work life balance with excellent support to employees, particularly in difficult personal times. Reasonable prospects for those identified as "high fliers". Good equality/diversity policies.
Cons
Average salaries, poor benefits for a "Global Company". Far too many different employment terms across the globe. Very mediocre, talentless, middle management in many production areas. Far too many processes being introduced which will eventually stifle innovation.
