Pros
Great co-workers who are very knowledgeable, loyal and always willing to help you out Interesting products, work is challenging and satisfying Huge order book, resulting in AEC investing in a new state-of-the-art facility Good work/life balance
Cons
The company seems to have taken a huge step backwards since Rolls-Royce took over. Objectives and priorities often change due to knee-jerk reactions. They have taken away almost all incentives to progress and take on more responsibility, as well as no longer being interested in developing and retaining their employees. Too much red tape & politics
