Global business and there are 5 major segments. If one segment is down, the other carries the business. That does not mean no layoffs. Good camaraderie among low level employees
Cons
Reorganization every two years. Immature mid level management. Due to the constant reorg, many use the opportunity to apply positions advertised to promote themselves.
