      - Great training as a graduate - Interesting projects - ok salary

      Cons

      - Managers and management have complete control over your career - Don't expect a fast career progression into a leadership role - Management style is classic. Some people do a lot of micro-managing when it suits them especially over the covid situation. In the office, all the management is set back have no connection with the engineers - Salary evolution very slow
