Pros
Very broad range of opportunities available covering a range of technical disciplines. Good well structured promotion scheme. Well paid positions with goo job security. At times frustrating but overall a good employer.
Cons
Large and bureaucratic organisations can at times stifle creativity and fast response to developing situations. This can also lead to unsatisfactory situations being unchanged or solved for long periods of time. People lose the will to try and change the company.
