      If you have a good boss it is a great place to work

      Cons

      tons of micro management at the director level. HR allows managers to be petty and take out things on you. 0 protection from HR unless you are a manager

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
