      Inefficient processes. Large and ineffective organization structure with multiple management layers wich are not adding any value and resistant to changes.

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
