      Great people, pay is fair but has been stagnant for the past few years.

      Financially struggling, not paying bonuses or raises and doing their best to avoid layoffs.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
