      RA is in a great industry, helping move the world forward. They prioritize innovation and new product development. They are an extremely ethical company.

      Cons

      Large, publicly-traded company. Easy to get lost in the crowd and some decisions necessarily are made based on market expectations.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
