      If you are your manager's fav then you will not gonna resign from this company and you will get lots of opportunities

      Cons

      Favoritism 99.99 % , HR unresponsive, management only runs behind parties and gossips, team leader only for grudges and have one policy divide and rule

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
