      There is a lot of internal politics and upward mobility is slim to non. Also often times projects rarely finish or are just restarted under a new name. High turnover& high stress

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
