      Flexible timings and some leverages is the only good thing here.

      The management is totally disoriented , specially if you are in GEC, they treat you like servants, and overload you with work

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
