Pros
There are a lot of good software projects to work on and opportunities to create innovative solutions. The people are great to work with and it is a very collaborative environment. Office atmosphere varies by location with smaller campuses being more casual.
Cons
There are some corporate philosophies, programs like employee engagement and culture of inclusion that can make the environment seem dated and less than cutting edge. The workforce is older so it can be difficult for younger employees to create an environment more in tune to that generation.
