Pros
Good customer base and many employees to care and service the customer base. Great company to have on your resume.
Cons
Benefits degraded after CEO told Wall Street they wanted to be a good company to work for, not one of the best. Too many products being brand labeled and not enough internal product development. No more "game changers" since Control Logix was released.
