      - work with interesting technology - very good atmosphere and nice people - very flexible test environment - budget for build test infrastructure at good level

      - small salary increase - strange market strategy - promotions are not often and they change your salary with a very small values

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
