      Take care of their employees and have a family like atmosphere. Provide opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      They encourage relocation. Role ambiguity at times. They set high expectations for their employees, but compensate accordingly.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
