      Sort of interesting (for production work) Nice folks, generally

      Cons

      Set schedules with mandatory overtime -- not good for a dual-job or a job plus school situation No barrier to entry here, so expect to work with some low-caliber associates

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
