      Allways excitement, challanging & waste growth opportunity for individual & company goal

      Cons

      Nothing as such, but if the common goal is not drilled down in planned manner, field level person gets drift aways & would work as per his own priority, instead of management priority

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
