      Compensation is on what markets gives.

      Cons

      - “Anonymous” surveys aren’t anonymous. Being fired by giving feedback to management is absurd. This is not ethical as you claim it is awarded - Lots of micromanagement - “Hybdrid” work is not flexible - Management gaslights processes that are discussed in 1:1

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.

      Hard to move up, mostly lateral movement if anything.
