      Work life balance is good Vacation and PTO is nice

      Cons

      Management has no clue what goes on in their labs day to day. There is extreme favoritism at every level.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
