Pros
Community at Rockwell is everything. You will genuinely make friends with your coworkers, especially if you start in the Early Career programs. People care about one another and that's a big motivator for work and effort, especially around Automation Fair time.
Cons
They're not going to pay at market value, ever. No position top to bottom gets compensated at value. Usually that tradeoff meant job security, but that is sadly no longer the case.
