      Learning opportunities and training, decent place to begin your career

      Cons

      Can't expect value for the work, too much politics and drama especially during notice by giving work completely unrelated to our tech background and justifying these actions, poor salary and hikes, false hopes regarding project allotment and not trustworthy management.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
