      Decent work life balance and nice people

      Cons

      Not a competitive salary and difficult to move up. And lately, high turnover and limited opportunities. This could be all due to good people leaving the company and a culture shift from what used to make the company great - and emphasis on sales

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
