      Amazing bonus Laid back atmosphere People are nice The company takes care of employees' wellness Approx a total of 30 days time off (20 vacation days + about 10 days for wellness including the week of Christmas and new Year)

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
