Business Outlook
Pros
Great people, compensation and benefits are excellent too. Technology is (was) cool and some applications remain competitive.
Cons
Product development was much, much too slow especially for the research market which was initially targeted. This was due to inappropriate company processes rather than to any deficiency in the R&D capabilities, in my opinion, and it caused the company to get clobbered by the competition even though we were first on market with a NGS platform. BTW, Chris McLeod is no longer CEO; Thomas Shinecker has been CEO since late 2011 / early 2012.
