Pros
Flexible hours, lots of paid training, profit sharing, pension, matching 401(k), Great bosses, great coworkers. Gained valuable experience in a global environment while there.
Cons
Extravagant spending and then have to take cost cutting measures. Instead of curbing spending they fire people. It's easier to rubber stamp fire a bunch of people instead of looking for cost cutting measures.
