      Passionate about bringing innovative and effective drugs to patients.

      Cons

      Not sure where to start sadly. This is a company that should have been proud of its culture...instead its allowed a very US centric model ‘eat’ in to everything that worked and was managed well. Biggest downfall is lack of integrity and transparency - especially in PD. Trust from employees of 10+yrs service has GONE. HR is shockingly bad too.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
